Ignite is League's annual internal kickoff, a start of the new year where we hit pause, look back at what we achieved, and paint a picture for the whole company of where we're going next. It's part celebration, part rallying cry, and entirely deserving of an experience that feels as ambitious as the year ahead. As a brand design team, we own the look and feel of the event, end to end, translating the year's story into a cohesive visual experience that Leaguers can feel in the room (and on screen). Scope covers the event's overall creative direction, presentation/deck design, signage and wayfinding, motion and video, and the connective brand details that make the whole thing come together. Ignite doesn't just recap the year, but makes everyone walk out genuinely fired up for the next one.
